In 1972, Dick Allen, known for his charisma, was in the dugout
before a game with a cigarette in his mouth when he picked up
three baseballs and started juggling. This image captured by the
SI photographer would become one of the more iconic photos in
baseball history. Allen went on to win AL MVP that year.
