Arrington Porter - CHI

Arrington Porter (aka Heir Porter) is a Chicago-based artist and musician whose work bridges nostalgia, identity, and cultural storytelling. Creating professionally for over 11 years, Porter draws inspiration from his childhood memories and deep love for music. Once rooted in oil painting, he now primarily works in acrylics, using the medium’s flexibility to challenge traditional fine art conventions and explore themes of past experiences, imagination, and Black identity.
