This exhibition explores how art helps us understand ourselves, our histories, and the people who have shaped us. For many of us, creating began as a form of therapy — a way to process grief, change, uncertainty, and the quiet emotions that are difficult to put into words. Over time, that process became something more: a space for reflection, growth, and connection.
